This is a cocktail bar. A bar giving heavy emphasis on compiling, contorting & constructing libations from the then and now eras. Our atmosphere is inspired by the atavistic age of the early 20th century. High- lighting the blues/rock music movement that has shaped our American culture. April 6th, is when we opened the doors to the eager public. But December 5th is our true holiday, our indepen- dance day. It marks when when the 18th Amendment was repealed in 1933. America was allowed to legally drink again. Though the end of Pro- hibition was much cele- brated, the art of the drink was decimated. Bathtub gin and moonshine were rough alternatives to the 19th cen- tury ingenuities of bar- tenders like Jerry Thomas. Paying tribute to this industry pioneer, we're bringing you a one of a kind experience that will 'wow' & amaze the senses. You'll find nothing but a great app- reciation steaming towards fresh ingredients, innovative combinations & topped off with unique presentations. So you get the idea that were in love with our cocktails. Good. Great! Liquor not your thing? Complimenting this obesessive passion of ours we have fabricated a list of uncommon wines and craft beers from around the world.
