Buddha Garden; an extension of Buddha Sky Bar located on the 1st floor of 217 East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach; an Asian concept with design and cuisine influences rooted in Chinese and Japanese interpretations.

The starters menu is perhaps the most impressive we have seen around, from the Baked Scallops with Blue Crab, parmesan, Yuzu, spicy mayo and Tobiko to the Wok Fried Mussels with Chinese Sausage to the Korean Barbecue Ribs consisting of slow roasted pork baby back ribs, fresh ginger, lemon grass, glazed with homemade Korean barbecue sauce, you just can't go wrong. Rock Shrimp Tempura, Singapore Lobster Cake and Tempura Vegetables with Kimchee Soy Dipping Sauce consisting of Tempura asparagus, cauliflower, sweet potato, onion rings and broccoli, also hit the spot.

More than a dozen sushi selections make the menu, including the Atlantic Ave. with Tempura Grouper, avocado, Grouper Ceviche and a Yellow Tail Snapper mix on top and the amazing Bahama Sushi with Tempura Shrimp, Conch Volcano, Conch Ceviche and eel sauce.

If seafood's not your thing, try the Peking Duck, Black Pepper Beef, Truffle Wasabi Prime Filet Mignon, Thai Chicken Satay, Bourbon Chicken, Vegetable Lettuce Wrap and several add-ons, including Lobster Mashed Potato. The Dim Sum Menu is extensive with steamed or pan fried options of several Shu Mai Dumplings and the Blue Crab Rangoon.

One thing I like about the menu at Buddha is that it has something for everyone; you can really mix and match items whether you're a couple on a date, or a group of budget minded friends or family, the price combined with this ambiance is the true treat.
