• Certificates cannot be applied to taxes or gratuity.

• Neither Charitydine.com nor the merchant is responsible for stolen or previously validated certificates.
• Once a Certificate is purchased it cannot be refunded, unless the merchant has closed prior to the expiration of the certificate.
• Chairtydine.com certificates may be exchanged within 90 days for alternative certificate of identical value.
• Certificates may not be used once already validated and will be deemed void if not used in accordance with policy.
